Terms and Conditions
- Changing a reservation can be done up to 24 hours before arrival. We will try to process your change as soon as possible. As soon as we have processed your change, we will send you a new confirmation of your modified wellness reservation.
- Already prepaid reservations or reservations with an e-ticket and/or voucher can be moved once. Cancellation is not possible in this case.
- It is not possible to move your reservation to another location.
- Would you like to change your arrival and departure time? This is only necessary if you have also booked a treatment.
- Did you also book a hotel stay and want to change the date of your reservation? Then you also need to contact the hotel.
Tip: Would you like to add a treatment to your reservation? Mention the desired treatment and the number of minutes in the comments field. If we have any questions as a result of your request, we will contact you by mail or phone.
